These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Banga Today (the "Platform"), including browsing business listings, posting classified ads, creating an account, and purchasing any paid plan or service. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What This Platform Is

Banga Today is a business directory and classifieds marketplace. We provide a space for businesses to list themselves and for users to post classified ads. We are not a party to any transaction, agreement, or communication between users — we do not sell, deliver, inspect, guarantee, or take ownership of any product or service listed by third parties on the Platform.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Platform.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post prohibited content, or engage in fraudulent activity, without prior notice.

3. Listings and Classified Ads

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and content of any business listing, product, service, or classified ad you post.
• Content must not be false, misleading, defamatory, infringing on intellectual property, or in violation of any applicable law.
• Prohibited items/content include (without limitation): illegal goods, weapons, counterfeit products, stolen property, adult content, and anything violating local law. See our Community Guidelines for details.
• We reserve the right to remove, edit, reject, or unpublish any listing or ad at our sole discretion, with or without notice.
• Listings and ads may be subject to review before publishing, and we do not guarantee any specific approval timeframe.

4. Paid Plans, Ad Campaigns & Payments

• Some features (business limits, featured/urgent ad status, sponsored placements, advertising campaigns) require a paid subscription plan or one-time payment.
• Prices, plan features, and limits are as displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card or payment credentials.

• Failure to renew a paid subscription may result in reduced limits and reduced public visibility of content beyond your new plan's limits. Your data is not deleted for non-payment.

5. No Warranty on Listings or Transactions

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not verify the identity, legitimacy, or trustworthiness of any business, seller, or buyer using the Platform. Any transaction, meeting, payment, or exchange of goods/services you enter into with another user is entirely at your own risk. 6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banga Today and its owners/operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Platform, any listing or ad posted by a third party, or any transaction between users.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, branding, and underlying software are our property or that of our licensors. Content you post remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the region where the Platform operator is registered.
