Banga Today works well when everyone posts honestly and treats each other fairly. These guidelines explain what's allowed and what isn't. Violating them may result in content removal or account suspension without notice — see our Terms & Conditions.

Business Listings — Do

• Use your business's real name, address, and contact details
• Upload genuine photos of your actual business, products, or premises
• Keep your working hours and contact information up to date
• Respond to customer inquiries honestly and promptly

Business Listings — Don't

• Create duplicate listings for the same business
• List a business you don't own or aren't authorized to represent
• Use stock photos or images copied from other businesses as if they were your own
• Include misleading claims about certifications, awards, or affiliations you don't actually have

Classified Ads — Not Allowed

The following can never be posted as a classified ad on this Platform:

• Illegal goods or services of any kind
• Weapons, ammunition, or explosives
• Counterfeit or stolen goods
• Prescription drugs, controlled substances, or medical devices without proper authorization
• Adult content or services
• Live animals in violation of local animal welfare law
• Ads that are actually a scam, pyramid scheme, or "get rich quick" offer
• Personal contact/dating ads unrelated to buying or selling goods and services
• Content that harasses, threatens, or discriminates against any individual or group

Classified Ads — Do

• Describe the item or service accurately, including its real condition
• Use your own photos of the actual item, not images found online
• Set a genuine, honest price — "Negotiable" is fine if that's accurate
• Remove or mark your ad as sold once the item is no longer available

Reviews

• Only leave a review based on a genuine experience with the business
• Do not post fake reviews for your own business or a competitor's
• Keep reviews civil — no harassment, threats, or personal attacks

Safety When Meeting Buyers/Sellers

Classifieds involve meeting people you don't know. We recommend:

• Meeting in a public, well-lit place during daylight hours
• Bringing a friend or telling someone where you're going
• Inspecting an item in person before paying
• Never sending payment in advance for an item you haven't seen, to someone you haven't met or verified
• Being cautious of deals that seem "too good to be true" — they usually are

If you come across a listing or ad that violates these guidelines, please let us know with a link or description of the content in question, and we'll review it.
