Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscription plans, featured/sponsored listing upgrades, and advertising campaigns purchased on Banga Today.
1. Subscription Plans
- Subscription fees are charged in advance for the plan duration you select.
- You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your dashboard's Subscription page — this stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period.
- If you cancel or your subscription lapses, you keep access to your current plan's benefits until the end of the period already paid for.
2. Refund Eligibility
Because subscription plans and ad campaigns grant immediate access to digital features (increased limits, featured placement, ad visibility), refunds are generally not available once a plan or campaign has been activated, except in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same plan or campaign, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
- Service not delivered — if a paid feature (e.g. a sponsored listing boost or ad campaign) was paid for but never activated due to a fault on our end, you're entitled to a full refund or the service will be delivered as originally purchased.
- Incorrect charge — if you were charged an amount that doesn't match the plan or campaign price displayed at checkout.
3. Ad Campaigns
Paid ad campaign placements (banner/zone advertising) are billed per the daily rate and duration selected at checkout. Once a campaign has been approved and has started running, fees for the period already served are non-refundable. If your campaign is rejected during moderation review before going live, you will receive a full refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under any of the eligible cases above, please contact us within 7 days of the charge, including your invoice number (visible on your My Invoices page) and a description of the issue. We aim to review refund requests within 3–5 business days.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used, via the same payment gateway. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect after approval.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charge and therefore nothing to refund. Downgrading from a paid plan to Free is always available and does not itself trigger a refund of the current paid period.
