- Payment-related information when you purchase a plan or campaign — handled by our third-party payment gateway; we do not store your full card details
Information collected automatically:
- IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, for security, spam prevention, and analytics purposes
- Session cookies necessary for you to stay logged in and for basic site functionality
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account
- To display your business listings and classified ads publicly, as intended by the Platform's purpose
- To send you verification codes, transactional emails, and notifications about activity relevant to your account (e.g. a new inquiry on your listing)
- To process payments for paid plans, featured listings, or ad campaigns
- To detect and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse
- To respond to support requests sent via our Contact page
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
- We do not display ads from external advertising networks that track you across other websites.
- We do not share your private contact details (email, phone) with other users beyond what you choose to make public on your own listing.
4. Information Visible to Other Users
Certain information you provide is, by design, publicly visible — this includes your business listing details, classified ad content, and any contact information you choose to display on a public listing. Please only include information you are comfortable making public.
5. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to operate the Platform, which may process data on our behalf:
- Payment gateways (e.g. Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, or UPI providers) — to process subscription and campaign payments
- Email delivery — to send verification codes and notifications
- Google Maps — if a business owner embeds a map on their listing
These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their specific function and are bound by their own privacy policies.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your data is not deleted — see our Terms & Conditions for details on what happens to content beyond your plan's limits. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
7. Cookies
We use only essential session cookies required for login and core functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Your Rights
- You can review and update your account information at any time from your dashboard.
- You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account, by contacting us.
- You can unpublish or delete your own listings and ads at any time from your dashboard.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage and secure payment processing through certified gateways. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
